Warranty Policy

At Axaray motors, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the procedures for returning a vehicle, whether it is due to an unwanted purchase or the discovery of a fault.

Return Period 

Customers have the right to return a vehicle within 30 days of the purchase date for  the following reason:

Faulty Vehicle: 

If the customer identifies a fault in the vehicle within the 30-day period, they have the option to either: 

Have the fault repaired by our qualified technicians. 

Receive a full refund for the purchase price.

Post-30 Days Faults Covered by Warranty 

If a customer discovers a fault in the vehicle after the initial 30-day return period, they may still be eligible for Assistance under the warranty conditions. Specifically: 

If the faulty part is covered by the warranty, the customer can bring the vehicle back to Axaray Motors for repairs. The repair will be performed by our skilled technicians at no additional cost to the customer. 

 

Returns After 30 Days 

If a customer wishes to return the vehicle after the initial 30-day period for reasons other than a covered fault, a refund may still be issued. However, the refund amount will be reduced due to the additional miles added to the vehicle during this time.

Conditions for Returns 

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met: 

The customer must provide a valid proof of purchase. 

The vehicle must be in its original condition, with no signs of damage, alterations, or excessive wear and tear. 

 

How to Initiate a Return 

Customers seeking a return or refund should follow these steps:

Provide Required Information: 

Provide the necessary details, including the reason for the return, proof of purchase, and any relevant information about the fault (if applicable). 

Arrange Return or Repair: 

Our customer service team will guide the customer on the appropriate steps, including arrangements for return or repair. 

 

Final Considerations 

Returns and refunds are processed within a reasonable time frame after the vehicle is received and inspected by Axaray Motors 

Any repairs performed on the vehicle are carried out by our qualified and certified technicians to ensure quality workmanship.
